Counselling Agreement
Unstoppable Enterprises Ltd. | 1 to 1 Counselling Agreement
Unstoppable Life Coaching provides counselling which focuses on solutions, encouraging clients to develop their own skills, strengths and resources in dealing with any obstacles.
1. Confidentiality
1.1 Everything will be kept in the strictest confidence except when the client is a danger to others or to themselves, in cases of terrorism or money laundering, or if there is disclosure of abuse towards a child or vulnerable adult. Because I work in a private setting, professional discussion with your own doctor or any relevant parties may be necessary but we would seek to gain consent for this. I am supervised by an independent supervisor who may need to discuss details in order to assist you further. Your full name would never be disclosed, only your first.
2. Appointments
2.1 Counselling sessions will be for just under 1 hour in length. The number and frequency of sessions will vary but there will be regular joint reviews. If there is to be a cancellation as much prior warning, and at least 2 days notice should be given, by emailing [email protected]. If less than 24 hours notice is given then you may still be invoiced for the session.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment must be made within 3 days of the session taking place.

7. Force Majeure.
7.1 Neither party will be responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by: an act of war, hostility, or sabotage; act of God; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage that is not caused by the obligated party; government restrictions; or other event outside the reasonable control of the obligated party.
