Group Coaching Agreement

Unstoppable Enterprises Ltd.  |  Group Coaching Agreement

Unstoppable Life Coaching provides coaching which focuses on solutions, encouraging clients to develop their own skills, strengths and resources in dealing with any obstacles.

1. Confidentiality for everyone - Mental health is an intensely private topic. Therefore, we ask that all members respect the confidentiality of other members. We expect members of this group not to repeat or discuss private information shared outside of the group.

2. Respect for everyone - We believe that in order for a space to feel safe for everyone, everyone must feel respected. Please respect members given pronouns and engage in conversation in a respectful way.

3. Tolerance for everyone - We may disagree at times, especially if we have different views! We ask that all group members exercise tolerance to one another and listen to one another without judgement.

4. Positivity for everyone - We ask that members lead with positive comments. On an online forum, it can be easy to come across as dismissive. We ask that all group members think “how would I feel if someone posted that comment to me?” before posting. Let’s create an affirming environment for everyone!

5. Participation for everyone - Everyone has the right to participate in a way that they are comfortable with and the group facilitator is committed to enabling participation for everyone. Members can withdraw from any activity they are uncomfortable with.

6. Development for everyone - In order to keep us all on track towards our best personal development, we ask that members keep the focus of comments and conversation on the topic at hand. For this reason, posts that are promotional or are classified as spam will be deleted.

7. Responsibility for everyone - This is your space to share and grow. The group facilitator will guide you and ensure the space is safe, but we encourage members to take ownership of their development. We are all involved!

8. Accountability for everyone - If you are concerned about something in the group or worried about your safety or the safety of others, please bring your concern directly to the group facilitator who is Lily-Jo. If you are concerned about the behaviour of the group facilitator please contact Ruth Harrison, Lily-Jo’s Supervisor.

9. Safety for everyone - The Anxiety Management Group Coaching Programme is dedicated to creating a safe space for its members. There will therefore be zero tolerance of bullying, harassment, racism or hate speech in the group and any posts of this nature will be immediately deleted and the member will be given a warning. If the Group facilitator feels that a member is compromising the safety of the group, they may reach out to them personally for discussion or, if needed, escalate to blocking/removing a group member.
