  • The Wellbeing Surgery takes place as 1 to 1 sessions to support you through feelings of anxiety, help to process anger, and give you space and support to outline achievable and manageable steps to move into the future with.


  • GOAL GETTERS is a monthly group coaching programme which will help you to set personal goals, cultivate team relationships, and feel happier and more fulfilled within your role.

  • Once a month meeting to set personal goals with the accountability of your work colleagues.
  • The group starts with helpful motivational content around goal setting.
  • There’s time within the group to set goals and evaluate goals together.
  • Discussion around what’s stopping you and why.
  • Discussion around what’s motivating you and why.

    Plus, you will get access to my virtual coach giving you 24/7 support for your wellbeing.
