Lily-Jo has over a decade of experience working with individuals throughout the UK within the NHS, in corporates, and within her private practice. She is a qualified counsellor, coach, and supervisor, and is registered with the BACP.
In 2016, she founded her non-profit online mental health resource, The Lily-Jo Project, and has since helped thousands of young people and adults worldwide understand what mental health is, and what they can do to maintain good mental health.
